Just wanted to send a shout-out to Wengerd Performance for their excellent customer service and product. I had considered 3 other top tuners, and for various reasons, chose Wengerd. My tune was based on simple NA mods to my 2018 GT PP Auto: 93 octane, ported intake manifold, 90mm ported throttle body and Injen CAI.

Price was competitive with the other tuners. Customer service and responses to my various questions were lightning fast; usually same day but at most one day later. Got the initial tune which worked great. He then had me do various datalog procedures and send the results to him. After reviewing, I got the final, tweaked tune. Car runs amazing. Changes to the transmission were especially noteworthy. Before, my car had a really annoying "jerk" whenever I put it in reverse or drive. After tune, its butter smooth.

Just thought I'd post my experience for anyone considering Wengerd.

Same experience for me. NA 93 tune with a JLT and headers. First tune was excellent, only a minor revision was needed after the first pass. Car runs amazing and the trans is so much better...

I actually logged on this morning to make a post titled "Thank you to Wengerd for reigniting the love for my car" but since this is here, I'll just piggyback it.

Mods in sig......I had an issue with my car making low power.....as in what felt like 91 Honda Accord levels of power. Took it to a shop in OKC and found my BOV was stuck open. Dyno showed 3psi and 320 WHP. Ya. Replaced BOV w/open style and I was making 11psi but only 400 whp. Turns out cats were fried. Long tube headers installed and it made significantly more, but the dyno tune done by a local shop was not drivable. Zero power until I hit 5K rpm. Told the tuner about this and his answer was pulley down. I have had my Procharger on for 50k miles and I know how it should respond. I love the shop I used for diagnostics and putting parts on that I do not want to install, but the tune left a lot to be desired. I reached out to Wengerd with the above information and the first tune he sent me was MASSIVELY better and actually drivable. I am doing a track day today (in the rain...ugh) but I am loving my car again.

TL/DR: just contact Wengerd.

Same boat as you guys. Builder on mine was great. But the initial tune just didn’t feel right. Drove around for few days and then said fuck it.
Sent Wengerd a message and he got back to me quick and offered to look at my logs.
Sent me a trial tune just to see if it sorted out my idle/low speed issues. Felt great. Bought the tune and my initial tune from him has been spot on. It honestly drives better than stock. And even answered my questions on the tuner device I was using.

I recommend. As does everyone else on here.

21 Mach 1, 10-speed bought new and driven 25k miles.
Couldn't be happier with my Wengerd Flex tune, mostly because of how he transformed the shifting.
I came from a Livernois Flex tune which power wise was the same but shifting strategy was inferior.

Just finished working with him on my 21 GT. He was incredibly responsive and I love how my car drives now. The transmission changes (10r80) alone are enough to justify the tune.

I think I'm going to go with him when I supercharge mine.

What do you think about his shifting strategy? Different tuners use different strategies and it seems like the third gen Coyotes have funky shifting. Mine shifts great under load, but sometimes seems like it's doesn't really know what to do when slowing for a stop or in some other situations.
