No necessity to drive it at all, unless their service location is somewhere else.
Thought as much, service location is onsite. Let's see if they even bother to call me back...

I changed my oil/filter after the first 500 miles and then every year due to my annual mileage being so low. I supply the parts and just pay for the labour, it's the cheapest way and I know what's going in my car.

Yes... good point. They certainly checked the fluid as the report said “moisture content 1%”

I waited whilst they did the service, it was 2 hours, and my dash cam picked up the work going on:D

All in all I was happy with the service, so I’ll be going back next year:thumbsup:
Think Ford unplug dash cams at the camera end even when you tell them it’s been disconnected for their benefit . What irritates me is that they can’t be arsed to plug it back in afterwards.

They do, did the same with me.

For me they turned off my auto lights and didn't turn them back on, so I drove home without any lights on :doh:
