Rotating Chirping noises matching speed

Im trying to diagnose this annoying rotating sound as Ive taken it to the shop and of course they could not recreate it and said its just low pad noise. Over 600mi now and the noise is still present.

I'm in a M1 '22 Non HP. My OEM pads were relatively low. Ended up swapping them for Powerstops, broke them in correctly and rotors have plenty of life left. The only thing I can think of is failing break hardware and maybe wheel bearing.

Sounds a little like a throw out bearing but I haven't seen one chirp with the clutch engaged. Also sounds a bit like a brake sensor but you'd feel that for sure whenever the brakes were applied via warped rotor.

I would recheck the brake pad hardware if it started after the pad change.
