Exceeding torque tables with respect to the DCT would be the likely bog issue.
Does tuning remove the dct and traction controls to eliminate these issues? Or does it have to be removed manually with each run?

No, cause nobody has complete access to the TCM on the GT500's. Nor the 10R80 IIRC.

Depends on how the computer acts when it kicks in the nanny features. If it unexpectedly cuts power and the just as unexpectedly returns to the party, could be enough to get the car unsettled and at high triple digit speeds, it's not good.

Ford's solutions to tuning and automations are a complete spectrum. Some things are brilliant and intricate, others, way WAY overly complicated. The traction control systems are woefully bad. Consider that MOTEC is able to effectively manage traction control using the same physical components and sensors, but do it in a much MUCH MUCH better fashion. The Ford strategies in cases like traction control are VERY reactive, vs proactive. And even when they do "react" it's harsh and crude rather than taking a proactive approach, then incrementally making adjustments, rather than cutting cylinder fire drastically in the middle of what's already a dangerous situation.

There are a lot of other examples where Ford's strategies could be improved, in some cases greatly, but a few of them are either externally driven (like the battery management system which is way too overcomplicated due to the ridiculous EPA fleet economy requirements) to the runaway throttle concerns (Ford just shuts down the party if the TB has even the slightest misstep with what the computer thinks it should be).

If the computer stops the party, then starts it just as abruptly, it could be drastic enough to give the driver conflicting responses as they try to drive out of or recover from a delta between vehicle speed and tire speed.

This is devastating news to me as Rob was remote tuning my hellion gen 2 I just finished. We have been emailing back and forth as I get the car dialed in. I already paid for a 93 pump gas tune, e85 tune and a few hours of live remote tuning sessions. Just found a local shop i was planning on renting their dyno. This throws a big curve ball at me now. FML
I was in the same boat. Sent him a couple logs and nothing... I just heard from others that he left. I just had to bite the bullet and go with another company for tuning.

Im not tuned by PBD/Rob but this 6G thread caught my attention the other day and then right after I noticed this Instagram post made by Hellhorse Performance (north of Houston). Sure seems like the Tunemaker is not only active but this post would suggest he's doing in-person Dyno Tuning at Hellhorse. Anyway I thought I would share this with you guys...

Yeah I talked to them on IG the other day and they said they were full booked for tunes with him. That’s why I came back and made that last post but I mean it’s a win/win situation for him and everyone else.
