Is there a way to get the road speed displayed on the dashboard, in the drivers aid or something else.

I know on 2015-2017 cars you can put the vehicle into engineering mode and you can cycle through a lot more data than you’re allowed normally like a digital kph/mph readout.

It’s not big, or pretty and you have to re-enable it every time you turn the car on.

Anything with a digital dash I assume there’s a similar thing but I’ve not looked into it.

Edit: Press and hold “OK” on the steering wheel while you turn the car on to access engineering mode.

The digital dash does this anyway, whether you like it or not, so I'm assumming you're talking about the analog one. I believe the current speed should be available in the trip computer section, along with the fuel consumption, trip mileage and other such stuff. That's where it is in other contemporary Ford models, though I'm not 100% sure about the Mustang, as I don't have one with an analog dash at hand to check.

You’re talking about the speed limit or your speed?

Waze will display either the speed limit of the road you're on, or if you exceed that value it will display your GPS indicated speed in red instead.

It would help a great deal to know what dash you have.
With the analog dash, yes, you can display your vehicle speed in the center window.
With the digital dash I'm sure you can too.
And, as someone alluded to, you can set up the center screen (at least the large one) to display Waze which displays both the roads speed limit and your vehicle speed.
You can find all pertinent instructions in your owners manual. If you don't have an owners manual they are available for free download online.

I am assuming the OP is referring to the road speed limit. In that case, almost all of the map/navigation aids show it. Some show it on the dash and other only on the enfortainment screen.

This is not available on the gen 2. You have to swap to a gen 3 analog dash to get this.

Yeah, with one vaguely worded post and no follow-up, we're left making assumptions. Vehicle speed (isn't that displayed on every dash?) and speed limit are terms people generally understand. Road speed?? 🤷‍♂️
