Have the Corsa Extreme Cat Back. Just to loud for me, so I in stalled the resonator back in. Now just not loud enough. Is there any resonators out there that replace the stock ones to make it a little louder?

The Borla resonator (60561) that's part of their Touring catback is just a touch louder. You could also look at a Magnaflow resonated X-pipe, or try to get one of the ones Solo Performance makes for their catbacks. I have the same as what you have and personally find the volume perfect, but wouldn't mind a slight tonal change with a resonated X of some sort, provided it didn't get much, if any louder.

I think we can all agree that in order for us to make the 500-600 rwhp mark its going to take everything
Intake headers compression cams and ported heads

Would take some minor fabrication, but get an H, or X pipe unless you already have one, and add in some Vibrant 12" resonators just after said H, or X. That's what I did after cat deletes to bring it back down just a smidge. Will be slightly louder than the stock giant resonator.

That's exactly what I did 2 years ago and I'm thrilled with it! Sounds like a proper V8, but not obnoxious. IIRC it was less than $150 in parts and some quality time with the welder.

Yeah I would got with some dynomax bullet resonators. Borla and magnaflow resonators will impact the sound and volume much more than the bullets form my experience.

Not sure what size pipe you have

Dynomax 24215 12" case 2 1/2 pipe
Dynomax 24222 12" case 3" pipe

If you have or plan to get headers id go with a longer case

Is there a dicernable difference between Vibrant and Dynomax? I see the Vibrant are made from T304 which is nice...

I can't say one is better than another, but the Vibrant was recommended to me by name by others who have more experience than I.
I can say that in two years, including one New England winter, the resonators are still shinny.
This is what I used https://www.summitracing.com/parts/vpe-1792

Looking at the Dynomax I see they are listed as mufflers and not resonators. They are wrapped perforated pipe designed to reduce volume. Resonators tune the exhaust to alter the tone, mostly in this case to limit drone. In the practical sense of the exhaust sound exiting the car, I don't know what difference would exactly be, but they are not the same device.
