Is it me or did not many order the rear seat delete? If you did, can you share pics of what it looks like? Thanks!

Isn't it the same panel as in the GT350R?

Yep .... ordered.

Pending receipt .......

edit: it wasn't an obvious option. easy to overlook in the build webpage.

Do they make a rear seat delete that folds down?

It is.

I wanted it in my Jan ā€˜21 order/may ā€˜21 delivery but it would have significantly delayed my build so I left it off. Wish I had it though. Once someone else figures out the details of keeping the belt warning light off Iā€™m going to do the swap.

I ordered the RSD. I was told it looks the same as the GT 350 R. My car is built and pending shipping, so I donā€™t know what it really looks like. Maybe soon.

I would have liked too. but I will occasionally have to have my wife and son in the car, so that was a no for me.

a fold down like the 71 cars had as an option would've been nice though.

What year did they start including the rear seats in the seatbelt warning lights system? That would have required occupancy sensors in the rear seats as well as sensors in the buckles.

Here is my '21 Mach 1 Handling Pack with the rear seat delete option. According to the order files, to get the Rear Seat delete you had to check the box for the Handling Pack first. It's not available on the standard Mach 1 in either 600A, 700A or FJG Appearance Pack.

If you didn't order the rear seat delete from factory and you had the rear seats removed aftermarket, there are sensors for airbags and buckles in the back seat now. If you get picked the Rear Seat delete options those sensors are non-existent back there.

I like to disassemble things.
The GT350R, CFTP GT500, and the HP Mach1 (if so optioned), all use the identical RSD panel from the same supplier. The FR kit uses the same hardware as well.
