Forscan logs
it just shows codes where all other tuning devices won't.
One of mine was a U-something, showed it was a left rear
ABS sensor. It wasn't, it was that stupid washer that was the problem.
Sensor was good.

Still can't believe it disabled my airbags, ABS, traction control, advance track, hill assist, & power steering.

Like, really FORD ?

Do a couple clutch dumps!!!
Already went to Wild-Rides Cash Days.
8.0 1/8 mile DOT class.
8.0 as dominated by automatics.
I was the ONLY manual car to make it to the semi-finals.
Red-lighted on a super hard launch and that was that.

I owe it all to tossing that POS thrust washer, and an axle-
nut that didn't move.

I’ll take your word for it! I’ll scrap my washer next when the time comes.

Been following this thread. So these washers are between the axle and rear hub? A few months ago, I installed the GT350R brake kit and Ford Performance axle shafts on my 2020 GT. My car didn't have these washers from the factory, and the instructions for both the brake kit (You have to replace the rear knuckles and the kit comes with GT350 shafts, but I used the Ford Performance shafts instead.) or the instructions for the Ford Performance shafts make no mention of them. Torqued the axle nuts to 98 ft pounds and then 45 more degrees. Have almost 1,800 miles on the car and I marked the nuts after installing them, haven't budged.

Good to know. My hubs went bad again, this time I'll leave them out.

Just went through hub replacement on both sides of my 2015 GT, It has had the dash lit up with all the lights for months and I finally got around to replacing them, washers were destroyed and both bearings were trashed. Put back together with no washers and all is well! Car runs, drives perfect with no lights on!

Awesomeness. Crazy how when the average user out-engineers the Ford engineers.

instructions are correct. No thrust washer thingie on 350's. Those shafts are nice too; the way to go. You were already in there doing all that work, shoulda grabbed that Ford diff cover too.

Near the end of the season for me.
Hasn't moved. I repainted over the original line for clarity.
