Pondering life after using a restroom right after a female to find a bunch of pee on the seat. Did she just wash her hands? Did she do the floating thing I've heard of? Is floating why there's pee on the seat? End of the work day, I'll bring it up randomly and awkwardly tomorrow sometime in a group setting...

She said she just washed her hands and I have no reason not to believe her. So it's likely a case of some dude trying to helicopter his junk while peeing again. Happens really often for working with a bunch of people my age (41) or higher.
