When my father was bedridden, I bought a urinal. I thought it strange how wide the opening is. Didn't measure but probably 4" or wider.

Were earlier models much narrower, but they switched to this ~4" width to avoid listening to some buyers question if they could fit thru any smaller diameter?

At what point is too much cologne too much? If you're wearing cologne to work, why don't you shower daily instead? Pretty sure if you can smell the cologne 10 minutes after they've gone, it's too much. At some point my eyes will stop tearing up and my headache will subside right?
