If the state of Ohio actually cared about your safety, they would have helmet laws for motorcycle riders. Instead they just have seatbelt laws for the rest of us. I actually used that argument once to get out of a ticket for not wearing a seat belt. I told the officer that it was not fair that I have 4K pounds of steel around me and airbags to protect me, but the state will allow these idiots to ride a motorcycle with out a helmet, that just proves to me its all about money and in reality the state doesn't give a damn about us or our safety.

Just luck in timing. A UK court has ruled that its not bread but too late since it was already normalized by then.

It was an Irish court because Subway were trying to claim VAT (Value Added Tax) exemption as bread is a staple and doesn't attract VAT but courts ruled it's cake because legally in Ireland if it contains more that 2% sugar then it's not bread, it's cake.

And the Irish Tax man is nothing if not efficient, no joke, we have one of the most cost effective and efficient tax collection rates in the world.
