Quick question: Ngauge or SCT programmer?

So I was playing around with the ngauge and clicked on read vehicle. Then I took like 5 mins and shut off my traction control and hill assist. Lol not sure what that was about but it said it saved it in my stock file. I need a manual on this thing.

So I bought the ngauge from the guy. Haven't gotten a tune for the car yet tho. Can I still use this for datalogging or do I have to have it paired to my car before I can use it?

I went into read vehicle and it shut the car off and then said something like unable to read or something.

Hopefully I don't have a wrong Ngauge. Remember reading somewhere there were 2 versions and one only works for LHD US cars and one works for both. Or maybe that was something else... lol :shrug:

But, like the guy above me, I don't have a tune on the SD card yet. Maybe that makes a difference. Only just sent Lethal the tune request forms.

S550 GT

I've just bought a 2016 Mustang GT with the pony package, and 6-speed automatic and the 3.55 rear sets. So far I added a SCT tune and an Airaid CAI. With the 19" all season tires the best 0-30 is a slow 2.2 seconds and a 4.5 seconds 0-60 60ft 1.8 sec's 1/8th mile in 8.1 @ 93 mph. 330ft. in 4.8 sec's 1000ft. in 15.5 [MENTION=17112]10[/MENTION]7 mph. 1/4th mile in 12.5 @ 116 mph. Every Camaro I've raced I've won every Dodge also I've won. 2015 Z/28 from 35 mph roll three beeps horn and go. 2016 SS Camaro 60mph run , Dodge turbo charged v-6 and Dodge 392 cid hemi. 2015 S550 GT with performance pack out ran it. My point is I'm really proud of my performance from my two simple mods. S550 GT's rock

Mine arrives from Team Beefcake tomorrow. Gearing up and hoping I don't run into any issues.

SCT BAMA V2 Tuner

SCT V2 BAMA tuner is a hand held tuner much like the Ngauge you are currently using. It has two options with the tune a street performance tune for 93 octane fuel, and a V2 race tune 93 octane tune. The timing and air-fuel mix are set different than the factory settings, the cam settings are changed for a more aggressive tune The transmission has firmer shift points. 34 HP gain through out the curve, and over 30ft. lb.'s torque through out the curve.
