We typically do proposals for international customers as our site won't automatically calculate international shipping costs.

Since you're local the best thing to do would be either email, PM or call us with the parts you're looking to order and we'll be glad to quote it out for you.

We look forward to assisting you.

Thanks, Jared

You'll want to verify whether the nGauge that person is selling is a Lund Racing nGauge. Because if it's not a Lund Ngauge he won't be able to tune it for you.

With that said custom tunes from Lund Racing are $200.00 for bolt-ons.

Let me know if you have any other questions and I'll be glad to assist you.

Thanks, Jared

I didn't know you could use the ngauge with a tune other than Lund Racing. Do I ask the guy for a serial number or order number to verify if it's Lund or not?

This software is very conservative as far as the tunes go. SCT is the leader in technology and you will gain way more power than with the ngauge. I wasted my money with one of these so called ngauge Coming from the car maker is always conservative it's a joke. Be dammed what it looks like it's performance that counts not looks lol:cheers:
Im not sure what software you are referring to as being conservative. I use HPTuners and do my own tuning and I don't feel limited by the software. SCT software from what I can tell is just as good or better. I do feel logging with a laptop or SCT device is limiting. I have not played with the pause/record feature on the HPT device. I read it doesnt work. I was mainly referring to just a tap of the screen on the ngauge can start or stop a log. With how easy it is to take logs you can get shorter logs in more specific driving conditions. A tuner can only tune as good as the logs and information he is receiving from the hardware. In the subaru open source tuning software they linked the defrost button to the start and stop log button. It was surprisingly good software for free.

If the software connected to it is not good for your purposes that's fine stay with SCT. For the other 99% of people the ngauge and any software capable of using it will result in a much more user friendly experience and yield as good as or a better tune through superior data logging.

Is there a benefit from buying from a store vs. Lund directly? I see they are all the same price. My headers will be in this week and need to make a decision quickly. :)

Thanks!

If you get the serial number we can check and verify whether its a Lund device or not.

The benefit of purchasing through a dealer such as is that we're always here to answer the phone for you M-F 9am-6pm. In addition to that we have a very simple streamlined process for ordering the tune.

Please feel free to give us a call if you have any other questions and we'll be glad to assist you.

Thanks,
Jared

For an almost stock car with minor bolt-ons datalogging really isn't required. However Lund Racing will still review some logs for you at no extra charge if you're interested in sending in some logs.

Some of the parameters that they log are air fuel for banks, throttle angle, timing, fuel trims, Ect. They will actually provide you with a config file to log with when you request it.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,
Jared

Oh and a question. The ngauge came set at 8000 shift light. I set it to 7200. Where should it be at?
