Yes. 2x10A (red) and 2x7.5A (brown) respectively.

You'll need to order the fusetaps though. I'll point you in the right direction. Total cost around $30.
Tires are something pretty hard to recommend to someone tbh. Lots of good options, really depends on personal preference. I went with Michelin's. Haven't lost traction ever.

No idea about the dashcam. But the sd cards are definitely genuine (I've tested them) and have a local warranty.
On a sidenote, the ultrawide Asus monitor also has a local warranty :D
Just do some checks/research on the individual seller prior I guess.
