We hooked up a vac tester to the bypass valve and it opens/shuts when it should be. I traced the line from the valve to the vac block and don't see any kinks. yeah going to a big name shop for tuning has crossed my mind, but i'm not quite there yet.

Also, 47 lB/Min Maf flow at 7000 RPM is basically NA values. Usually the value will be pegged at 96 Lb/Min in the higher RPM's.

Perfect. Looks VERY similar to mine did before desensitize. Once it started showing knock it wouldn't go away until basically back to zero throttle.

Went back and forth with @ProChargerTECH, and he swore up and down it's never needed. But I know multiple people with centris both procharger and others have had similar problem.

I don't doubt that the valve functions properly. Start the car and let it idle, then remove the vacuum tube from the valve and see if there is vacuum present at the end of the tube.

Hrmm...could that be an issue with the tuning parameters or are you more likely to lean towards a mechanical issue?

Curious to know what your MAF flow was pre and post procharger tune vs your other tune. In reference to what SheepDog is telling me.

My MAF never showed being that weak. Like he said yours looks like N/A in good weather.

Also I was never on Procharger tune so nothing to compare.

Maybe an IMRC not opening issue.

checked that, you can see them moving when revving at idle. but again, certainly an option - i haven't done a delete kit or anything.

Don't give up, you will find it. Also, you need a 170 degree T-stat. As soon as I can get to another computer here at work that has Excel on it, I will post a log so you can compare.

Correction: MAF is pegged at 86.6 Lb/min, not 96. And this is a mile above sea level where breathing is hard to do.

T-stat is that important? Not saying it isn't...just curious. Hindsight being 20/20 I should have went with a beefcake special as opposed to having to purchase so much stuff afterwards just to sort out issues.

Yes it is, especially in that hot Illinois summer weather. With more air, more fuel, and more pressure comes more heat. Additional heat can contribute to timing being pulled for a variety of reasons. What injectors and Fuel delivery are you using?

I'll try and double check the MAF orientation tonight. Per the Procharger instructions you can't install it backwards so I don't believe that to be the issue...but who knows I'm sure stranger things have happened.

I don't disagree with all of that - but it's been very mild in terns of heat this spring. I think most of my logs I've made have been done in like 60's or less. Is a PP (or any other brand) radiator upgrade a requirement?
