I ask people if they want help. If I get a yes I will help If not I don’t. 6 pages of radiator fans and shrouds, I figured I would ask. I already put in my 2 cents before so you are correct. I should have walked away.
Not sure where this hostility is coming from. I'm pretty sure I checked what you said to earlier in this thread. I am pretty openly asking for help at this point. So yes if you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate them. Or as you put it I am ready to troubleshoot.

Can you remove your supercharger belt to remove the procharger out of the equation?

I am not trying to be hostile. I really would like to help but I am more of a method guy when working on problems.
This is personally what I would do.

1. Reinstall thermostat(check with boiling water first)
2. Change fluid back to factory spec.
3. Buy one of these or like

4. Stick thermometer in right hand center vent and turn heat on high. Start car and turn on heat on high blowing out vents. Go for a drive. See how long it takes for car to heat up compared to the normal.
5. Second test while driving with heat off let the car heat up and turn on heat. See if temps on thermometer drop while car heats up further. If the heat temp drops while car still heats up this might show a water flow problem.
6. If the car heats up slow in test 4. Time to check radiator.
7.They make cheaper versions of these so I would look for something similar maybe cheaper.

8. Zip tie or tape on to the upper radiator and on to the lower. Check for cooling delta between two. Make sure to record temps outside that day.
9. If there is a good delta between the two next would be to start checking different points on the cooling system. Lower radiator to say heater inlet. Finding what area is producing the heat or where you might find a restriction.

Btw by troubleshooting I mean forgetting what you already ‘know’ and start over. The key is to assume nothing and let the testing tell you where to go.

I will try and run through these tests and report back as soon as possible. I appreciate the insight.

What should the delta be between the upper and lower radiator hose be?

Im not sure if it’s possible on the coyote but is the serp belt on wrong spinning the water pump pulley backwards. I have seen it on one car (not a coyote)

To much info to sort through, so does your car overheat or keep getting hotter even if you drive a steady 65 mph? Can you post some pics of your engine bay and front grill? Radiator shroud ect please

You can have a blown head gasket and not get combustion gas into the cooling system

That's true but when a leak down,compression test and coolant/block test all come back good I'm going to have to assume its not that for the time being.

I would skip installing the thermostat because if it is getting hot without it then installing it will just make it worse. The radiator is new and oversized from what he says. What I would try is starting the car with the garden hose on the radiator full blast. If it still gets hot then nothing will keep it cool. That would mean that the cooling system is blocked or engine has damage. I know that if the heater is plugged or connected wrong it will overheat

Alright this sounded interesting so that's what I did. With the thermostat still removed i hooked up a garden hose to the top radiator inlet and turned it on and started the car. The car never even registered temp on the cylinder heads or coolant temp gauge and the water coming out was still relativity cool to the touch.

My best guess is that you don’t have enough air through the radiator. it’s fine all winter because it doesn’t need as much air if it is really cold air. Change the fans like we talked about

My best guess is that you don’t have enough air through the radiator. it’s fine all winter because it doesn’t need as much air if it is really cold air. Change the fans like we talked about
Or button everything up and spray water onto the radiator itself while running. Use two hoses. Do it at night when coolest.

The car doesn’t get hot all winter so I still believe it is airflow

That's not a bad idea. This I believe will tell me the fan i have is not efficient enough. Thanks for the idea.
