Not Decided on what I want to go with. I've had good experience with Vortech. I had a twin screw on my last stang. Good torque, but broke all suspension and tranny parts it could. "Instant Torque" Been researching Vortech/Paxton, Procharger and VMP. Feed back would be helpful. Thanks

Yeah man! So many good power adders out there now. It all depends on what your overall use is going to be. Are you looking for huge gains and deep 1/4 mile numbers? Or a high powered street car just out to have fun and be safe?

I was going to go with a Vortech since I had good experiences with them in the past. Beefcake talked me into the Paxton, because it basically is a Vortech system just with a bigger head unit. For now, my goal is 650whp and a 10 second time slip. The Paxton apparently has more room to grow over the Vortech and the price for his kit, unbeatable. I haven't received my kit yet so I couldn't tell you how it performs for me, but I've gotten lots of positive feedback on the Paxton, which lead to me making the decision to buy that kit.

High powered street car, high 10's-low 11's, I've already done up the suspension, from toe links to cradle and dif bushing. Looking for room to grow, incase 650 hp is not enough.

Been to beefcake many times. Jt/trim and paxton unit looks like the bang for the buck. Like the procharger for having a separate belt for the stage 2, but it get close to the TVS price. I've have justin starkeys tune from VMP, I've met him and his family. He was really busy at the track and stopped a took some time to help me with my car, that was before I bought his tuner. Would like to business with him. His guys would install the kit too and he's local. Not to many shops near Clearwater, fl anymore.

Thats exactly where I want to be! Congrats. Thats why I was thinking of doing the VMP TVS stage 2 kit. I'm sure its very similar. Now Roush has the 700hp kit. [ame]

I have a base Paxton kit with a 3.8" pulley (most run 3.6") and my car is stock besides that kit and full exhaust. My car consistent goes mid-high tens at 131-134. Best is in my sig.

I've saved up 3500 so far, should be going forward this fall. I guess it depends on my patience and finding a shop to install the kit if I do the Paxton/Vortech setup or waiting a little longer to do the VMP. Still researching and thanks for the feedback. Of coarse still getting resistance from my wife, "your just going to get a ticket....Its already too fast...." I guess she doesn't realize that my 04 Mach/w vortech and my 08 Steeda Q550 were quicker. I tell her, "With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility!" That doesn't help, LOL!

Do you run that wide open like your sig pic or do you have the JLT?

Lol no that's only pictures really. I run the JLT, make sure you get the hydrophobic cover. Come to OSW and I'll take you for a ride.
