Dammit man if I could leave on 200 shot it would be tough to beat in the streets!
It was a forged piston and rod setup with ported ls6 heads . Ls6 manifold . Made 698 rwhp on a dynojet. If it hooked in the first 20 feet, it was gone lol . If not just went up in tire smoke . But back then i didn't race for big money . Maybe 100 a pop. I just don't see a coyote taking a 400 shot of spray for long tho haha .

I was spinning leaving in 2nd at the track with bone stock suspension. Street unimagineable even without power adder. If i were you I'd look centri. Less at the hit, but comes on way strong once rolling. A ton of suspension and leave hard af will win a ton of 1/8th races, compared to big power, but can't do anything with it. I've had both extremes now.
How are u guys with 15 to 17 leaving in 2nd gear??Even in sport mode when income to a stop whatever gear it is locked in,it still goes back to.first gear to take off again.

How are u guys with 15 to 17 leaving in 2nd gear??Even in sport mode when income to a stop whatever gear it is locked in,it still goes back to.first gear to take off again.
Click the upshift paddle when stopped and be in sport mode. It will go into second, but not any higher. Then once moving and get rpm high enough to not downshift click shifter to D, or manual paddle shift.

I would go D1x if you choose a Procharger. I have one making 900 to the wheels, if you leave in second like Beef said you should do well on the street. That being said even on Mt R’s I have a problem hooking.

800-900 without even spinning too hard yet, but ya tapped out much beyond that.

Many buy power adders with "growth" in mind, but a majority of the time it never happens.

Get it going high 10 NA then add a bit of nitrous after you've hooked off the line? I'd build a car with traction as the priority for the street.

Might only work once... but would hilarious.
the trick is to only win by a fender every time.. if you blow their doors off they gonna get suspicious and word will get out quickly
