The correct statement would be....

"Blown motor from tuner"

Forced induction doesn't hurt motors. Improper fuel and timing does.
is something like an N-gauge a reliable way of detecting pre-ignition and detonation in real time ? I would not want to have to depend on data logging to learn of these things after the fact.

Everything has a mechanical limit. We just haven't seen it yet.
Terry's shop found it. About 950rwhp is where they popped the motor.

the block hasn't changed since 11-14

the internals have, i tell customers roughly 800 rwhp should live for a long time on the block itself, over 900rwhp...eventually the cylinders will egg and push through, not a question of if, but when
