Flash it, go faster :)
Thanks Torrie. Heard great things about Unleashed but I don't wanna risk losing my warranty and honestly I'm very happy with my stock power for now it's very fast for daily driving. The only mod I recently did was a catback exhaust and I'm gonna try 0-60 again soon to see if I can beat my 5.3 seconds time once the roads get better because we just had an 18 inch snow storm. However once I'm out of warranty I will definitely be interested

Hello fellow V6 folks!

This post is not about 0-60 time, rather it is about a clutch noise on my V6. When I depress the clutch for 1-2 or sometimes 2-3 shifts (esp. at higher rpm, say 3k+ rpm), I can hear a chatter/clutter/clunking noise from (what I gather is) the clutch. It is as if the clutch vibrates/rattles when suddenly let off load from engine flywheel. If I shift at lower rpm or push in clutch in slower motion, then no (or less) noise. This didn't seem to affect performance otherwise.

As many of you drive manual and shift at high rpm for better 0-60 times, I am wondering if any of you have heard this kind of clutch noise (rattle/clunk).

FWIW, my previous 140 HP car also did this, and the dealer said it's normal.

You mean you hear it when you push in clutch at idle?

I don't seem to hear any rattle at idle when pushing in clutch. Hear it only when shifting up 1-2-3 when moving.

No its only at idle in nuetral. Normally only does it once it's warmed up. I sounds like it's the transfer and not the clutch though. It kinda chunks when you shut if off

I managed a 5.4 tonight granted it was only the second time I've ever really launched before. Need to datalog for torrie since the addition of headers and intake
