I might be wrong, but I think you going to need to shift to 3rd gear with 3.55s and it will hurt your 0-60 time but will give you advantage on 1/4 mile run. So don't be surprised if you get 6+ seconds on your first 0-60 runs.
Manual and 3.55´s here. I'm really happy with MT and 3.55 combo. I test drove an AT with base 3.15 gears (which was fine) but i have more fun with my combo. The 3.55´s pull harder but the downside is you indeed have to shift in 3rd gear to reach 60. I think that can be fixed by Torrie at Unleashed Tuning (by raising the rev limiter you'll get it in 2nd gear) Haven't done many 0-60 runs but my best was 6.2 on stock tires. My first runs were awful 6.6-6.8 and worse. You might get it done in 5.8, 5.7 maybe 5.6 sec. with the rev limiter modified. What do you guys think? Enjoy your new stang!

Has anyone run 0-60 on a stock V6 Manual with 3.55 axle yet?

Mine's arriving in a few days, but have to break it in properly before I make any attempt. So, impatiently curious...
Trying to add multiple quotes in my last post hence the post delete and repost, still figuring out how the forum works

"Yeah I can set the rev limiter up higher. Usually 7200 so you can shift it at 7K"

So there you go.
I'd be curious to see how an AT with 3.55s would do?

my first 0 to 60 runs were horrid. like 6.9 sec. she really loosened up after 1,000 miles. 5.5 was my best with diy intake..mufflers and tune
How much faster could you be with 3.55s?

when my car was new it also did like 6.8 or 6.9. it really lossened up after the first 2,000 miles.

just got unleashed tune and made my best 0-60 go from 5.6s to 5.0s on 87 octane, going to try 93 tune this afternoon.. outside temp was ~34, mods are only roush AB and x pipe with 285 goodyear eagle f1 rear tires
You only changed the rear tires? Did you keep the stock wheels? BTW, the 0-60 time is pretty impressive as you are using 87 octane
