NA V6s aren't any great experience for the most part. Not saying they are bad... but I've owned V6s most of my life and they are just... cars. Rarely exciting. Sound okay, but not great. Faster than the NA 4's but nothing special. Even had that same 3.7L motor they put in the Mustang in a base model F150.Actually, I am pretty set on a GT now. I just have to drive the EB and GT to be sure. But that extra power, sound, and then it hits my bucket list for cars. I have owned an NA I4, a turbo I4, I wish to own an NA V6, NA V8, and a supercharged V8 before my life is over. So if I buy the V8, I can then possibly get a supercharged V8 knocked off in a few years if I wish! In the end, it's going to be different to me because I've drive a turbo for a few years now. That's probably the largest driving factor in my choice. But hey, maybe the 10% faster the GT is won't matter to me once I drive it.![]()
I've had it with NA V6s, personally. Turbo-4 or V8 from here on out. Both of those at least provide gobs of low-end torque. And me... I like torque.
Anyway, if you go GT, you're going to have a blast. You would with an EB too but... the GT is just a great car.
