Good question, about to pull the trigger on one of these 2 and if its identical id rather the LHD and then add $59 for the blockoff than the extra $200 for the full RHD kit..
:(
I think (from playing with their options) the cheaper version is not thermostatic controlled. That is the oil is being circulated and cooled before it reaches a certain recommended operating temperature. Might be more of an issue in colder climates?

Im looking at the US sites and they too come with the Thermo sandwich. Messaged the tech from Mishimoto and he confirmed the only difference is the block off included in the RHD. Im about to try and get 20% off quote from CarMods that they had happening last month. Fingers crossed.

Hi guys,I am in the Yass valley.(outside the A.C.T)I have a “FM” GT coupe.Looking @ getting a Harrop cooler kit installed.Who in the region installs? Cheers:):)
Hi Ron, just saw this so I'm late to the discussion but I think you'll be happy with Autotech. They're not cheap but they're conscientious and careful. I let them work on mine from time to time.

Yes,thx for that, roughly around $1,400 ish(all up) They had to order in from Melbourne(of all places!) so am looking @ August some time.I have also ordered a Ford performance silver strut tower brace from the US.Should be able to do that myself though.

Harrop is in Melb, as is Mustang Motorsport which Autotech gets a lot of gear from. $1400ish inc install is a good price. The strut brace is very simple, if it's the GT350R brace be careful it doesn't pinch a loom on the passenger side, you'll see which one it is when you go to fit it.

$1400 is so cheap it hurts me. I'm getting quotes of $1700+ regardless of Harrop or SF kits over in WA. Although I'm mostly thinking of getting the Harrop kit, I don't feel it's worth going the SF route with a Mishimoto core and parts if it's the same price.

Heads up for anyone looking to purchase a Harrop kit. Tried to purchase it from their website over the weekend as it said 2-3 days wait but the order wouldn't go through as it said it was out of stock at checkout. Gave them a ring today and they said it was at least 4 weeks out as they were waiting on parts. Late August at earliest it seems.

Yes,correct,I have one on order through “Autotech” in Canberra, they were quoted the same.Think Covid-19 is the issue.

Just had my cooler replaced today as my car is now out of warranty and I’ve decided to keep this car long term.

Being in the UK,what brand did they install? I have the same colour GT as yours, with the nickel alloy forged wheels.I am fitting a “Harrop” cooler(very well respected Australian engineering co.) The core apparently is manufactured by “Setrab”(Swedish, based out of Malmo) but that is the only component they are waiting on,hence the delay.Cheers:):)Ron.

Nemesis don’t sell the cooler direct. It’s only available via gt101 and maybe one other specialist shop here in the U.K. to ensure correct fitting etc.

The rad is a setrab unit by the looks of it, while the block as machined by a U.K. engineering company for them, and crucially for us has a thermostat in it. Maybe not such a big selling point in Australia mind.
