  1. Oil cooler failure - first hand experiences?

@SS550 Mustang.Just a side note,I moved my GT on last year, made a profit out of it.Just was not fitting with my life style. Both the wife & I were finding it was giving us backache, as you know they are quite stiff in the suspension.Good luck with yours.

@ the end of the day,I cannot be bothered pouring money in to it,never get it back.Always forking out for something different, have never seen the point. But,that is personal op only.

  5. Sales of used Mustangs.

Have been monitoring prices of Mustangs being sold, specifically in NSW.So far this week & a bit,six have been sold, one went for a 100k(2017 GT,heavily modified) most in the 50k bracket.A few private sellers are lowering their asking prices, one down to 50k from 53k.Interesting to watch.
  6. Mach 1 Car Cover

When I had my GT ceramic coated,I asked whether I should continue using my car cover. He said absolutely not. They can still scratch your paintwork, leaving very fine scratches on the paintwork.Easy enough to get the dust off, rather than scratches. They still pick up very fine particles of grit &...

  12. Mustang Migration to Oz

Just an update for any prospective buyers.Flat Rock has now resumed production, there is a massive backlog of Mach1 variants.Australia will only be getting very limited numbers between now & years end. Some dealers(I believe will not take orders for a GT,with unknown ETA I am guessing. There is...

  15. What did you do to your Aussie S550 today..

  16. What did you do to your Aussie S550 today..

Same for me,have had them for many years,but,@ the end of the day, they have really no advantages,if you gained extra HP,maybe, but they don’t.Stock filters can actually be better.
  17. What did you do to your Aussie S550 today..

Just putting this out there for responses, thoughts etc…I have @ present a K&N panel filter installed in my 17 GT,do not think they make a whole lot of difference (if any actually)this is backed up by many comparisons. So,am going to go back to a stock panel filter. Not @ all interested in going...
  18. Oil cooler failure - first hand experiences?

Goulburn Ford said it was a split hose.Chris @ Autotech confirmed it.It is just an isolated incident. If worried about it,replace the line with a steel braided one,as mine has.
