Very excited!!!! It's finally here!!! Leaving today for Salt Lake City. Track attack on Tuesday. Tuesday's weather 55 and partly sunny. After track attack, taking a scenic drive to Vegas for a few days. Thanks Ford!

Let us know what you think of the drive to Vegas. You may have a hard time keeping your speed down, unless you get a dog of a rental car like I did. It was pure culture shock for me to get back into my rental car after flying around the track. It was a Nissan Versa that could barely get out of its own way. It was a long drop from on high.

Have a great time. Don't go passively. If you show the instructors you're keen to push yourself and soak up everything they can teach you, they'll oblige. They adjust their intensity to yours. In my case, I went at it hard and engaged the instructor to share his knowledge. In return, Todd pushed me beyond what I thought I could achieve in two days. He wore me out!

Anyone going to the one on Monday up for some karting on Sunday before the dinner? I’m at the airport now and my flight in is delayed but I’ll still be there by tomorrow morning. I called the karting track and they said they’ll be open for public hours tomorrow afternoon.

I just received the email for the additional dates that were recently added. I am wondering are these for the Track Attack with the additional 2nd day or is it for the 2 day performance driving school in the prepped GT car?

If you haven't received your car, but have a VIN number, you can still schedule, so long as you have the car before the event date.

This is NOT true. You can sign up and attend with a VIN and dealer ID code. You do NOT need to receive delivery of your car. I attended twice for the two I bought and had not received either of them (16/17) when I attended. They do not check after sign up (for delivery), unless this is a new feature this year.

Sign up if dates are there. Don't try to equate this to DE track time. It is part of the unique experience of this car. I also did day 2 both times. Totally worth it. Went with a buddy and we got a 5.0 rental. Drove the $hit out of 3 Mustangs in 3 days. Can't beat that. :cheers:

I just attended today. I am super glad to have done this before attempting to take my car on the track by myself. It was so informative, and such a great time! I add my recommendation to all of the others who have taken the class. Definitely do it when you have the opportunity. I just wish I could have taken the two day course!
