2017 GT350 now gone to a great home.
When you get your huge box of goodies from Ford, all of the information is contained in there regarding Team Shelby and your track attack info. My box came about 2 weeks after I picked up my car.

Never got my "box of goodies" - guess I have to call Ford Performance and see what happened

I just took delivery of my 18 350. How do you get invited to Track Attack? Do you get an invite in the mail? Website sign up? The dealer never mentioned it
No need to wait on the box of goodies. Go to the Track Attack website, figure out 12 months from the day you took delivery and see if there's a TA date that works for you that isn't sold out. Don't let yourself be squeezed out just sitting and waiting if it's something you really want to do...

Right now its completely sold out so if someone got there car recently they wont be able to go according to the rules.

Hence my attempt to instill some sort of urgency.

I feel bad for you guys. When I went in 2016, it was more of an after thought. Called in June and got my one day (which I preferred over the two day) in October. Had a blast. I hope it works out for you all.

Last I looked, there were some two day events still open.

Also a tip for you guys who are waiting for your car to arrive in the next few weeks. If you're concerned that you won't be able to attend if the school is sold out and the '19 dates won't start until after the 1 yr anniversary of you picking up your car, remember that you have to own the car when you take the class, but you don't have to actually have taken delivery in order to book your class. As long as you have a VIN, you can reserve a slot. So, if they open more dates and you have a VIN, try and get scheduled ASAP.

As Tank said, urgency is the order of the day on this - Ford is building way more cars each year than there are available slots at the school, so if you want to take advantage of the offer, you have to jump on board when dates are available.

I actually didn't go to the school when I bought H2614, but won't miss out this time around as I have a new one on order. Hope to meet some of you there.

Tomster, many of us explained that the additional 1800 dollars in cost doesnt allign with our current financial situation.

As soon as I received my box and packet of info I looked at the schedule and there was 1 date in October left. I'll just track my own car and put the money towards that. It's a nice gesture for sure, but not going to knock myself out to travel all that way for one day of track time in the GT350. I have racing experience from many moons ago with SCCA and IMSA, so not feeling too bad about losing the personal hands on experience personally. I'm learning a lot just reading up on this forum with all your track time and what makes this car special and how to make it even better. I just need my own seat time to help sort it out, and I'm jacked for that!

So then itā€™s not really a thing if itā€™s sold out, right?

Im willing to pay for my travel for my hotel, however im not interested in adding 1800 for a second day. Regaurdless as discussed earlier they have added 2 days and will open registration in the next few days.

I went when I got my 2016. There were actually plenty of openings then. Seems to have gotten more popular. Iā€™ll go again, Iā€™ll schedule as soon as I can after seeing how fast they are filling up. May do the two day this time. I wish you could take a passenger in the car, even if it cost extra for the insurance or whatever. My wife went last time and while she doesnā€™t want to drive, she loved the ride along and wished she could do that the whole time. Iā€™m looking forward to going again. I really enjoyed it and thought it was one of the high points to owning the car.

When my year was going to expire but they were already sold out, I called and spoke to someone who told me I'd be able to sign up when this year's schedule came out. When it did, I did.
