Here are the files in the SyncMyRide folder. The new version is NA 2 20

OK Matt, you're trying to download the new Maps file. It is 11.7GB. Estimated time is up to 1.5 hours. Do not go by what it says as it's constantly changing. I just started. Will report back once it's finished.

Yes, 12 hours later the download errored out with a Forbidden File. So, I tried again and it took 50 minutes. I think each year is different with respect to file size. I'm gonna try and update tomorrow.

I was one of the lucky ones. I emailed them and they said I had '1 20' downloaded.
License file was correct but the files were indeed old.
Tried again the next day and the files were 2 20. Some crapped the linen on that one

Didn't see that on their website but not doubting you. My info came from a Ford manager.
