Well I finally got my 17 back with the VMP Odin. It’s been tuned by Alex at Lund racing and it pulls like a beast however I have noticed now I’m hearing backfire. Never noticed it before for FI. Should I be concerned? I asked Alex and he told me not to worry but just want to make sure and see if anyone had that happen after going FI. Thanks in advance.

I think Ian wrong I don’t think it’s backfire it’s probably decel. Either way it’s driving good so far. Although now that I’m boosted should I let me car warm up abit before I drive it? Or at least until the rpm normalize?

Just make sure that your cylinder head temps are up to operating temperature before getting into boost, like at least 180 degrees. Other than that just drive it how you used to. Me personally when I cold start it I always wait for the RPM's to drop before putting it in gear.

Oh ok thanks, now at what IATs should I start to be concerned or is it really up to how the car is feeling?
