New to Me GT500

When I purchased the 2020 GT500 CFTP, it came with the JLT intake.

I would assume, ( I know, never assume) being I purchased it from a Ford dealer, the car does not have a tune.

Will the JLT hurt it with no tune?

No it won't hurt anything. Your not gaining much if anything from a cold air intake alone verse a stock intake. Ford really has the airborne on these cars dialed in. Not as pretty as a fancy CAI though.

No tune required and JLT advertises 25-30 hp increase without a tune.

I would not assume there is no tune just because it came from a Ford dealer though. It can be checked via key counts (dealer can do that) or if you have access to Forscan.

While true in most instances, the 2020+ GT500's actually get big gains from a JLT, without a tune.

Not sure if tracking in July yet, a friend in the Panhandle mentioned going to Barber (Alabama) track in July. Not sure I want to go anywhere in July.

I moved to Deland 8 weeks ago, am only about 25 minutes away from @Tomster , thus when you are in town, let us know and we will meet up.
