That's awesome, but too bad no one will be able to afford them.

Also....putting an EB in a Mach 1 is fundamentally wrong, I can't imagine a single buyer will go that route.

Imagine seeing this classic muscle car and as it drives by you it sounds like it's drying hair.

I cut my teeth on these cars back in the day, it has stuck with me all the way to my S550.

The 429 was so special, an actual shaker hood scoop, no room for the battery in the front, shock towers cut away to hold those massive heads, quick release gas cap, for the time the brakes were the biggest I had ever seen on the street.

The car was so under-carbed for the street

I have my 1970 Sportsroof in work right now. Don’t have room or $$ for another unless I win the lottery. Cool for those that do.

These are going to be crazy expensive....

My brother is building a Boss '9 clone now out of a super clean, 28,000 mile '69 fastback. It'll be similar in that it will appear stock but have modern suspension and brakes, plus be powered by a 514" Boss. He's already got a ridiculous amount of money invested, and isn't even close to being complete.

i really wish ford would make another boss with the s550's fastback profile. '19-'20 are the 50th of those, so it would have been nice to see one. Keeping my hopes up for a 2020 boss. I highly doubt it will happen, but I've always wanted a school bus yellow boss with the hockey stripes.

Every time I watch an auction and I see an old Mustang I think boy it would be nice. But they are heavy, slow, don’t wreck well at all, the steering sucks and they cost more than my base model Mustang that is more comfortable. These new Boss Mustangs shouldn’t have those shortcomings.

and to imagine that no one had the foresight to hold onto a B429 (or a few of them) for 25-50yrs... imagine the windfall...
