Looks like BMW don't want to give away the EU market....

Let's copy some looks and sell it twice the price... (these wheels certainly would look nice on the 2015)

Nice looking car (I'm a BMW fan, too!).

Is that the "new Z4" that is being developed with Toyota? There's will be the new Supra.......

that thing is often said to be the new Z5, but it will take some time before it will appear... (and as a 2-seater you cannot really compare it to a Mustang)

but the next gen 6-series is said to be much more compact and could be similar in Terms of interior space to the s550

I think the 4-series is a much of a competitor to the Mustang than a Z5 or a new 6-series, but then the 4 is probably now treading on the toes of the 6 in certain specs.

Personally, I love the look of the 4-series, but I think they played it a little too safe in styling terms to the 3-series saloon, although the flared rear arches are gorgeous. Perhaps the next 4 will be more adventurous.

Here's a rendering of the next 6. Nice, handsome, but another safe design.

OK can we stop with the mustang being a 4 seater. You cannot fit any human back there

Yes you can. Small ones. My kids fit nicely in the back of my S197 and if they couldn't, I may well not have bought it!

I'll admit, 4 adults is another matter, but I've done it on more than one occasion :)

Yep, also buying this over a vette for the '+2'. Need car seat capability in emergencies

My Mustang is a 4 seater! The kids (4 & 8) had a blast back there on their first ride this morning. I didn't have to pull my seat forwards, and there would be plenty of room for my wife in the passenger seat had she been with us. Adults in the back seat? that might be different...

As a two-seater, at least it would be honest in it's two-person only capabilities. To paraphrase a great video game trope by Valve, the backseat is a lie.
