Hello to all on here and greetings from Hot Springs National Park.
Looking forward to sharing what I've learned and getting some of my questions answered.
Had my 21 Mach1 since new and I gotta say what a fun car it is.
At 13k miles had a ProCharger stage 2 kit installed. Now at almost 30k and loving every mile.
Thanks for having me friends.

Hot Springs - have you had any belt issues with Pro Charger? I installed the HO kit on mine and I can't keep belts on it.

Hmm.... ProCharger is now telling me to run it between 50%-75% tension. I've run it tight, loose, halfway... belt eventually runs into the alternator. Are you running any special pulleys? Griptech?

Are you sure that you don't have a belt alignment issue?

No, I'm not sure. If it's an alignment issue, it has to be on the lower idler or the blower pulley, but I can't tell.

If the belt is derailing, or walking off of any of the pulleys, you likely do have a problem with the tracking our guiding of the belt.

If you are just seeing that the belt is wearing out prematurely, lots of dust everywhere - it may just be slipping on the blower. Get yourself a griptec pulley for that issue.
