I've seen the brick material but the melted plastic look is weird. Any oil usage during OCI? Running catch cans? What ever that is looks like it was liquid or molten at some point to mold the brick crosshatch into it.

That's a hard deal to pass for LT. Been on the fence with cat deletes or lt but need a way to pass emissions with an obd scan each year.

True, sounds like your having a similar problem not as bad as mine but I went with Stainless Power Offroads. Did your cats end up being bad? LT/Offroads on sale at Lethal performance for $725 Shipped.

I am cat ignorant. I was under the impression the 02 sensor was sandwiched between the 2 bricks.

Or does it go on the exit end of the cats? I could make the GESI's work if the sensors go on the exit end.

More typically it is after the cat. I had heard that many of those GESI's have been on backorder for months with no end in sight.

Today I received a complete OEM, Mustang GT L&R exhaust from the manifolds to the cats.

Oxygen sensor is between the 2 bricks.

So not sure how relocating the sensor on the outlet side of an aftermarket cat would work with the PCM.
