Since Whipple is closed for the holiday I was hoping somebody here might be abke to help me.
My flare tool decided to quit working and whipple was kind enough to send me a replacement. When I plug in the replacement and try to open my flare calibration file I get an error in the software. The error reads “bad gateway” followed by an ID and some numbers.
Has anybody here had a similar issue and if so how did you fix it?
I suspect it is an issue that whipple needs to address but if I’m doing something wrong it’d be good to fix it now and not waste anybody’s time at whipple.
