@Vandor did you by chance clean out the tank to see if it had any debris in either saddle? I’m just curious to know how much gunk gets in there over time. I ask because the fuel socks often turn from white to black in no time.

One member recently posted about changing pumps at the track and his socks were as black as coal.
My socks were clean and the tank was clean for me. I didn't notice and build up of any kind. The socks are a little yellow that's about it

I thought a lot about this. I think what's happening is purge valve solenoid is failing and allowing a little bit of boost into the evap system. This I believe goes to a coal canister and then to the tank. I think you're allowing boost into the evap which is blowing into the coal canister and then the tank. This would explain the "Black as coal look"

Turbo oil return lines are all done and my remote kill switch has been wired in. Also all the fuel lines are done except one I made too short so I have to redo it and the fuel system should be good to go. And good news! The charge pipes are on there way from Hellion :) Once they're in it's time to start talking to Lund and some 94 sunoco in the tank.

ok pipes are in and BOVs are hooked up to the vacuum manifold. I checked all the fuel lines are on and tightened. I replaced the grill inserts with the blacked out ones and bumpers on and wheel bins. I changed the oil to a 5w-40 synthetic and sunoco 94 has been filled into the tank with a can of boostane pro. I just have to smack the wheels on and shes done. I decided to go with palm beach dyno and my HP tuner comes today in the mail. I just have to read the stock file and send it off. Hopefully I'll have my base map tomorrow and I can start her maybe even get a drive in, we'll see. I left rear seats out for now to check for leaks but that's the only part that needs to go back in.

ok update**

I went through some teething issues (to be expected) The blanking cap on the fuel pressure regulator was loose and leaked a little and I fixed that. Then the TB I ordered was incorrect. I ordered the Bullit TB. Although, the TB is identical in everyway to a GT350 its electronics are not and it sends a digital output vs analog. So car ran crappy and I had to order a GT350 TB to replace it. So once that was in the car ran great and I set fuel pressure to 55 PSI no vacuum.

The PBD experience so far has been great. They were understanding and patient with me while I figured out the TB problem.

For anyone wondering the way a remote tune works is like this.

1) Order the tune and wait for your HP tuner RTD to come in the mail
2) Setup the HP tuner RTD with a new account and it should be already linked to PBD
3) Plug it into the car and read the stock file
4) upload stock file to TDN and email PBD
5) wait for a base tune to come back to you in email and TDN app
6) Load the base tune onto the car and let the car warm up
7) log your idle and 3000 rev step log to TDN and email PBD back
8) wait for the drive tune to come back in email and TDN
9) upload new drive tune to the car.
10) drive car around normally on the street like you would any other car and log the session
11) upload log file to TDN and email PBD back
12) wait for WOT tune to come back in email and TDN
13) find a safe place and give her the beans.. log session
14) upload to TDN and email PBD
15) wait to see if further steps are needed or if car is good to go.

I'm currently waiting for drive tune to come back to me.

I would be a little surprised if they don't do a couple of revisions. So far, how are you liking it?

So far its great. I mean I only got the idle and rev log done. I haven't driven it yet because I'm waiting on the drive tune. I have to admit you can build a really nasty car with a TT setup. The car sounds and acts completely stock. Like if someone put me in it I'd think it was completely stock. It behaves identical to stock. Once you start reving it a bit around 3000 -3500 a glorious turbo sound starts to appear out of no where. Still though you could easily hustle someone with this setup. You can't see any turbo or anything related to a turbo with the hood open it really is a sleeper kit. You really have to know what you're looking at to tell. The turbowerx pump is dead quiet. I had to double check it was even running but it is. It does add about an extra 1-2 quarts of oil. So it took a total of 10 quarts vs the usual 8ish. It sounds exactly like it did stock with the borla. It sounds good but it's also very tame sound and not super loud either.

Update: ok I was told to drive it around town and then go to 3500 in 3rd and WOT to 5500.

Around town she did great drove like she was stock with a beautiful whistle around 3500ish. Then we got to the 3rd at WOT. So I hit it and that thing took me into warp speed. I have never experienced anything like that... It was just pure brutality. I still don't exactly know what happened. I think I let off at 5500? RPM went by like I was in a time machine. Peak boost said 8 PSI which was good I was trying to keep it at waste gate pressure. The sounds were out of this world with that t51R mod. It sounded like a jet plane. I'll try to take a video one of these days but been using the phone to log everything.

Just wait till you get to 28psi.
