01 4B 08 3B 55 is the only hexadecimal there.
00000001 01001011 00001000 00111011 01010101 is the binary representation of those numbers.

The HU5T... is a part number.
Thanks. Still learning.

I think it will be OK as long as it's close enough.
So if you add the circumference of both then divide by two. In this case from your example you get 2,182.1505 mm or rounded down 2,182mm. Looks like FORD then took 1% off of that 2182mm.

Thanks !

Trying to disable the double horn honk and the chimes on my 2022. I've followed all the spreadsheets etc and managed to get my splash screen to the Ford Perf animation. But then when i try to program changes to the BCM - I am presented with an 'error writing to module' and the changes do not save. The module hasn't bricked as everything is still working but any idea why the BCM wouldn't work but the other modules do work? I tried running thecar and letting the battery recoup some voltage as well and the same error occurs. Any help is appreciated

I have a 2021 and have not seen any posts in this thread about success messing with my year "as built" ... so I'm very interested in seeing what answers you get about your 2022.

I don't know about muting all the chimes but I changed to the the internal speaker. This was on a 2020.
IPC Module 720-01-01

Default = xxxx xxx4 xxxx

To internal = xxxx xxx0 xxxx

Another trick is to simply unplug the brown connector on the DSP amp. Wait a minute, then plug it back in.

Does that reset something specific? Vehicle on or off?
Yes. It will reset the amp as it controls the level of the chimes. Car doesn't have to be running. Just open the door and within a few seconds unplug the brown one. All you need to do is make sure the amp gets power cycled. Then press the start button then plug it back in. Just adding that you want to make sure you hear the tones come from the dash before you plug the brown cable back in.

Found some info about the code line changing for 2020+. Tried that one and it was successful. Double honk no more!
It hasn't been said in a while, but don't just blindly change a ? to a 0.

This only works if a single bit is set. The ? will be a power of 2. [1,2,4,8]
If the ? is anything else [3,5,6,7,9,A,B,C,D,E,F] you have to figure out which bit corresponds to the feature you want to toggle. Otherwise, if you change a B, for example, to a 0, you have changed 1011 to 0000 inadvertantly turning off two other parameters. They might be something noticeable, like your fog lamps stop working, or they might be something in the background... like you disable smart-charging.

That’s good info. Thank you. I believe on my change it was a 1 to a 0. So that should be okay, correct? Either way I made backups before I touched anything at all

That sounds like the better method.
