S+ once I get out of my hood (live in a historic area, streets will beat your teeth out). I just prefer the throttle response. Gotta be careful over slow speed humps ad bad bumps in the manual, if you are in mid-shift and coming off the clutch into the gas and the car gets shook up, sometimes it is a premature launch lol.

Track Mode/Comfort Steering on D on the shifter (A10).

When I have someone else in the car and/or want a smoother ride/much smoother shifts, then normal. But rarely.

Sport+, sport steering, track exhaust.

I’ve got it saved as My Mode but it still ticks me off to have to reset it every time I cycle the ignition.

normal...I'm kinda old, speed limits, traffic, dogs etc. If I am wanting to do some spirited driving I find Track is the best. Don't have to turn off TC, holds a gear for engine braking pretty good and when it needs to downshift the rev match is nice. Not really a big fan of the paddles they seem to have a slight delay, and not the feel of a manual IMO.

I havent messed with my modes. Is there a way for everything sport but the suspension, and it to be normal. I love everything about Sport+ but the ride.

Yes, that's exactly what MyMode is for. You set the transmission/throttle, steering, exhaust (for Active Exhaust equipped cars), and Magneride (for MR equipped cars) separately.
O good grief, I should go kick myself in the nads right now for now actually reading up on that feature...
