What's amazing to me is that a self-proclaimed "gadget freak" didn't sit and press every single button, and go through every menu, on day one

Sport+, sport steering, track exhaust.

I’ve got it saved as My Mode but it still ticks me off to have to reset it every time I cycle the ignition.
I was going to ask if there was a way to “save” a mode.
Oddly enough, if you have a convertible, you can get the SnartTop module and one of its features is you can set the mode you want to be in. You can select either always start in S+ or in whatever the last mode you were in when you turned the engine off. It doesn't actually start in the mode but rather electronically steps through the modes w/o physical input so it's virtually the same thing. I don't know why someone hasn't made a similar module for the coupe, I think it would sell very well.

Sport+ (with normal steering) about 75% of the time. The throttle response feels nicer and the car sounds better with the shift points at higher rpm. For relaxed cruising on expressways I often just leave it in normal mode.
