Does Normal, Sport and Sport Plus lower the top speed?

Is top speed only available in one of the track modes?

100% throttle is 100% throttle in any mode and I understand that the engine map doesn’t change i.e. same power in all modes :like:

I believe shift strategy changes in an auto :like:

That's a joke, right?

I thought they're all limited to 155.

IIRC, the top speed limiter for an S550 GT is set at a nominal 155. The tune for the Bullitt upped that to a nominal 163. The Mach 1 bumped that to a nominal 166. Transmission type is not a factor.

This. The only things that change with the various modes are throttle sensitivity and shift logic (for the auto). If you have the optional active suspension and/or exhaust then those are also affected by your mode selection.

Besides that everything else is the same including power, limits, cooling etc.

If you don't have either GT or Brembo brakes (4 or 6 piston fronts) its limited to 121 mph. So non HPP ecoboosts will only do 121 mph.

I believe the GT500 is limited to 186 mph .

i looked it up again. says its for the 5.0 and the mach 1. there is no section for the GT but there is a section for the 2.3L. this is for the 5.0. according to the manual sticks aren't electronically limited.
