I have 1700 miles and have had the thud since day 1 lol

On the one piece driveline you can move the flang back and forth? What happened to solid mount type?No i dont but its not diff movement, I can rock the drive shaft connecting flange back and forth with my fingers.
Most people are stingy when it comes to trying a solution. I said fuck it.If differential bushings fix this problem how did this take over a year to figure out lol
It for sure cures the thud, the NVH gained is SUPER minimal.I am not sure it's a cure all, but it will help by tightening up the driveline. I do believe you will be exchanging one noise for another?
But better performance

Thats pretty weird.I have both the BMR cradle lockout and differential lock out and I still get that thud every now and then

You guys should market this item as reducing the thud. I would have impulse bought this item the day I drove home from the dealership if I knew there was a simple fix.Glad you're happy with our differential bushing inserts! Keep us updated on the wheel hop reduction!
Installed the MGW yesterday. Part of installation is to slam into first to check rear lock out alignment. I don't normally do that. Normally I shift like the fellow in the video above, and I don't hear a thud. But today I was probably forcing it in to test the MGW out and heard the thud 3 times or so. So I think it's possibly related. I don't know if the diff bushing inserts will help but I have Steedas (installed the rears a few weeks ago, haven't gotten around to the fronts. Will give it a try over next weekend, probably.
I'll probably upgrade the entire drivetrain before giving up on this car. Until I can do all that I'll live with the rattles
It's a significant upgrade in build quality. I suspect the big difference will be with high RPM shifts. I drove mildly around some twisting roads at around 3-5k and enjoyed the car immensely. How much better is shifting w/ MGW? Easy install?
Yes I hear you....it's a really nice shifter.Damn, I was hoping that would cause the thud to go away. I'm still getting this shifter though!

Yup hahaI have the same clunking going in with my auto. (I have steeda IRS braces, diff bushings, subframe bushings) Was under the car last night working on the exhaust and the amount of slop in the factory drive shaft is crazy. But what concerned me is the amount of play at the transmission. Almost felt like there was slop in the output shaft. Guess before I install my 1 piece driveshaft I'll have to make the dreaded trip with my modded car to the dealer. Because I'm sure if I roll in there with a carbon drive shaft the driveshaft will be in the issue. LOL
