Keep calling, keep emailing. They sent me one with the wrong bolt pattern. I mounted the tire and tried to put it on the car, obviously it didn't work. They ended up exchanging after they got sick of me being more persistent than they were stubborn.
I guess my wording was wrong, I'd rather they just get the tune out to customers that need the fix, rather than taking the extra wait time to upload to the voucher system.
I know it's probably going to be easier in the long run with the voucher system, but I would LOVE to have the update sooner than that. I've been driving my daily because of how annoying the hesitation is.
Great news! Good luck swapping all of that in. I actually bought OPG's and CS bc of this post, and will be installing them next weekend most likely. I was in your same boat, but now I realize it's way worth the added safety. So thanks for the post!
