either your a manual transmission guy or your not....if you have to think about it.... your probably not.If you don't get the manual you will always wish you did! I drive in traffic every day but love to shift the grears anyway.
All new supercars are come with automatic and paddle shifters. Save your leg, and your frustration. Go with auto, you've got paddle shifters so there's still manual control of the gears. So this has been killing me I truly want a manual trans but... I live in Chicago commute daily in one hour bumper to bumper traffic. And then the plan down the road is a roots style blower . This will be a dd 365 to include winters. I had ordered a auto with the 3.55s but before I sink 40k how do you guys handle traffic? Please don't turn this into an auto vs manny war this is simply for my application and tips thanks.
The days of the old Ford Top Loader, Muncie M-22 rock crusher and the Mopar 833 18 spline hemi box are transmissions of the past when 4 speeds ran supreme. Now a days, look at the junk they give us.....:doh:It sucks that the manual is weaker than the automatic, I was always used to it being the opposite assuming the manual had a beefy clutch.
And then the copper comes up on a bike and they all get in trouble!!!:first:copperAnd those are the primary reasons that traffic goes nowhere in my area. The light can turn green and people are still sitting there with their faces buried in their phones.
