  1. Guys, how important is the “Shelby” name to the enjoyment of your car?

I don't even say it's a Shelby, if someone asks me what I drive, all I say is it's a 19' GT350, If there a car person they should know what it is. I bought my car for the obvious looks, motor package, sound and suspension, not just for the Shelby name. I do get a kick from the guy's at...
  2. MBRP Resonator Delete Xpipe vs Corsa double x pipe delete... which one?

Although I bought the Corsa extreme double X, I guess double X means double the price.....well at that time when I purchased in 2019....I didn't know the LTH delete x pipe were 2.75" diameter which is the same as stock "R" 🤔. I should have bought those and saved have the 💰
  3. Shifter design flaw? Look at this pic...

DB...I'm glad you started this thread. One day after going through several hard shifts from 1st - 2nd and 2nd - 3rd. At the next stop and start I thought I was in first and was surprised to be in reverse. I never had the shifter recall completed on my 19', but I did read about the reverse...
  4. Z26 or Z23 powerstop pads

Installed the Z26 pads about a month ago....since I don't track my car I can't compare them to the stock pads for extreme breaking, but for average and sport driving there really no different IMO, except for the lack of brake dust that is no longer covering my wheels.......
  5. Reverse Lockout no longer works.

I would try a nice smack down on the shifter knob then see if your lockout engages again like mine did
  6. Reverse Lockout no longer works.

Sox3....Curious did you experience the same issue...with the lockout not working and you can put it reverse without the lockout...or it will not go in reverse at all ???
  7. Reverse Lockout no longer works.

Today before I tried to remove the shifter knob and the boot, I was still able to hit all the gears but the lock-out wasn't needed to go into reverse. When I did pull up on the reverse collar the entire collar and the assembly under the boot (as I felt it with my hand) all parts were...
  8. Reverse Lockout no longer works.

I really don't mind the stock shifter, as I'm not really looking to replace it with a short throw version, and since the recall is just replacing the shifter assembly with just another stock shifter, I am curious if anyone who had the shifter recall completed had any lock out issues with the...
  9. Reverse Lockout no longer works.

I've done some research and found on another thread another owner with the same exact issue, as he got his to work again..... the plastic collar must have moved, seems the Recall just changes the entire stock shifter. If the collar is not broken and just not is proper alignment I might try to...
  10. Reverse Lockout no longer works.

No I didn't do the recall, as I really didn't trust my local dealer to take my car apart.
  11. Reverse Lockout no longer works.

Today I encountered a problem with the reverse locket. After a short Sunday ride I was at a light and moved the stick to what I thought was first gear, but realized it was in reverse. Lockout was gone, went through the gear pattern while at the light and was able to still get all the gears...
  12. How often does your GT 350 see redline?

Not many miles on my 19'....just under 5000, but it does see 7000-7500 every outing.
  13. Who needs a FL2087 oil filter? Act Fast

I received mine today, the filter box was sent in a bubble envelope. the box was damaged but the filter was ok...there were no O rings in the packaging or filter box ???
  14. Who needs a FL2087 oil filter? Act Fast

Thanks for the heads up...1 less in stock
  15. Rock guards: ZL1 Addons vs Autofanatic

Although I bought the ZL1's back in 2019, after reading this thread, I watched Autofantic's rock guard video. There wider and stick out further for more aggressive tire and wheel protection. The ZL1's on my 19' protect my non R with the stock wheel and cup 2 tires just fine.... but having a...
  16. Perceptions of Middle-age Men in Mustangs

At 67 I never felt I went through a midlife crisis because I always had a performance car from the early 70’s to my present GT350, but if I had to pick a vehicle for a Midlife crisis it would be a 70’ Challenger R/T 440 SixPack 4 speed
  17. Jacking rails, yes or no?

I had the steeda jacking rails on from the start, then I acquired the Automotive Authority space saver spare with the factory jack. The factory scissor jack will not work with the rails...so now I use a jack pad to lift for maintenance
  18. Wingless GT350R?

When I bought my no stripe 19' off the lot I didn't like the look of the new "swing", so I found a factory white spoiler delete trunk lid and replaced the original.....while I contemplated an earlier version spoiler. Turns out I liked the cleaner look so I kept it that way....when people ask...
  19. 2019+ oil filter drain funnel

I would also like to be put on the list please...would definitely purchase
  20. GT350 owners that like the car

I do like my 19’, the looks, sound, handling and manual trans….but I’d like it more if it was paid off.
