I find any info to indicate if this was possible or not but can the OEM MagneRide package be added by a dealer or 3rd party?

As of right now no, as the car needs a whole separate computer that controls such functions which the 15-17s obviously don't have.

But I wouldn't be surprised if Ford or aftermarket companies start making standalone units to control magnetic suspension.

I've got an 2018 but I guess the answer would still be no?

For 2018 the same issue comes up where there's several integrated parts which are not installed. The chassis is mainly the same, so you would just have to buy all the parts that are different between a Magneride equipped car and one that is not and install them. But without there being a kit that sounds like a pain.

At this point it's probably easier to trade in for a Magneride equipped car than trying to retrofit it.

That seems to be the usual case with most OEM options.

The ride without it is quite nice so at least I won't know what I'm missing.
