i'm sorry to revive a dead post, but i was looking at this as well, just in case i need to keep my new EcoBoost longer than planned.
anyways, it's definitely not an easy or cheap thing, but i'm sure it's possible to retrofit Magneride, but it looks like it'll require some pretty involved processes, like swapping out wiring harnesses, some of which are fairly expensive. like the engine compartment one which is part number LR3Z-14290-U which costs the dealer $503 and would involve a lot of work like replacing the fuse box and a lot of connectors (blue wires in below picture)
here are the parts i've found so far
Wiring/Electronics
Suspension
*there's so many spring part numbers, just get the Ford Performance Magneride lowering springs instead of torturing yourself looking for which one is right
anyways, hopefully that list of parts helps anyone who needs it, it's definitely not a complete list, though, as i'm sure bolts and nuts are missing, plus i omitted any parts that are on there from factory and don't need changing. the list also doesn't factor in the existing modules that would need to be re-programmed to communicate with the new VDM
