I’ve been eyeing the FF11’s
HRE has a nice line up of flow formed wheels
Here's the email I received this morning from HRE directly...

We are not planning to make FF01’s for the Mach 1 so unfortunately you wouldn’t be able to find them..
FF04, FF11, and FF10 are offered for the Mustang/Mustang GT but not for the Mach1.
So sorry.

I am now looking a Velgen VF5's 20x10 and 20x11...20" because I can't find All Seasons in 19" any wider than 285...

After seeing this yesterday, I think I'll forget the idea of HRE FF10 20" and rather import the real HP wheels, if I'll find someone who gets them written to my car's papers (here in EU).

While he had FF11 with less spokes than FF10 has, both are made in Taiwan and probably not very suitable for track driving with mustang weight. I will never buy forged wheels for their price so I think the Mach 1 HP wheels should be better fit for more spirited driving (with taller sidewall with certain tyre sizes). Also kinda changed the opinion about how 20" look on the car, and FF10 look quite a bit more complex than FF10 on second look. Maybe I'm overthinking this, will have many months to decide after the car finally arrives anyway. Alternative is genuine PP2 or Ford Performance PP2 10" and 11" to match my second set.

What was his issue with the hre’s? Overall they have a pretty good reputation for quality I think. I wouldn’t mind a set of their flow formed wheels. But it’s hard for me to spend the money to take off the HP wheels when they look so good.

What’s so different about the Mach 1 from the gt? They have ff11’s on their site in 20x10 and 20x11 unless the backspacing is the issue. I don’t remember the HP wheel backspacing off the top of my head to compare

Right...I have asked the question to Steeda and Vibe Motorsports as well...there's no difference wheel wise with HP and Non-HP is there?

Hi everyone. I have been getting questions on how much OEM HP wheels are. I just found out with my parts department, OEM Mach 1 HP wheels are $4,915 with tax delivered to us. They are a couple weeks out. What I recommend for a similar look is the Vossen HF2. They have a similar design and are quite a bit cheaper. ($2,695)
I will include photos of both down below, if anyone would like a set of either, please let me know. For the Michelin PS4S, we are doing $1,600 installed onto the wheels.

I presume Jay you're able to get all finishes? Their brushed Gloss black and Gloss Graphite are quite nice at least in pics!

I still want to see if someone can polish the faces of the base wheel to make it more mag 500 like.

So after much back and forth emailing HRE Performance directly, I was informed that no FormFlow wheels are currently made for the Mach1, much to my disappoint as I was really looking at the FF01 or FF04's. I have the folks at Steeda and Vibe Motorsports looking into this...
This has been confirmed with Vibe Motorsports as well...only GT, no Mach:-/

What was his issue with the hre’s?
Bending/warping of the front wheel from aggressive driving (no pot hole hit), see see 11:25 on the balancer. Sure, it could be a one-off problem but the discussion below really pisses on flow-formed rims as really cheap ones.

Interesting... Possibly they only didn't test them, I doubt there'll be any issues, Mach 1 wheel well, just like PP2, should clear wide wheels and tyres just fine, even better than GT.

So you're telling me its cheaper to buy the entire handling package than it is to just buy the set of HP wheels?

Just in case you did not see it, the video where StangMode put Velgens on Mach 1 (and found the forgotten shipping blocks as well :)).
