That track is the nearest one to me. Just NW of Denton. The only other track I know of near me is Motorsport Ranch near Granbury.

Not all, I could've just had one for MSRP. Most are going for reasonable prices except in the usual crazy markets like California etc. The same places that are still trying to sell regular GT350s for huge ADMs. :headbonk:And dealers are also selling them for 2x MSRP.
I think some of you folks are going a bit overboard on the guy.
1) He is most likely driving his own car. I never, nor knew any other instructor that would drive a students car to that level.
2) That might not even be his student. I could be someone else's student that wanted to take a ride in an M2.
3) If it was his student, instruction is done from the right seat in the students car, no? When I took a student out in my car, it was to try to tie everything together by showing them what a smooth lap looks and feels like, reinforcing the instruction.
4) He is driving well, the GT350 not so much, IMO, missing apexes by feet. The M2 also seems to gain back a lot in the braking zone. 526HP can be a big crutch.
5) Don't know where that track is, but it's pretty boring, no elevation changes.
I am by no means an expert at the ways of driving instruction, however, the one thing I would point out is that near the end of the video, the passenger (supposed student) says something along the lines of "it's not as fast as I thought it would be". We can assume he is talking about the M2 that he is riding in. With that in mind, I would have a hard time believing that it's the instructor's M2. I mean what kind of d**kchead would say that to someone who's letting them ride shotgun in their new M2 while ragging it out?I think some of you folks are going a bit overboard on the guy.

After watching again, I think I agree with you, it is the passengers car. I think I heard the driver say "he has 100HP more than you", or something to that affect.I am by no means an expert at the ways of driving instruction, however, the one thing I would point out is that near the end of the video, the passenger (supposed student) says something along the lines of "it's not as fast as I thought it would be". Therefore, I would have to logically assume that it is not the driver's (instructor?) car but rather it is in fact the passenger's car.
Just my $0.02.
They both were making a hash of it.the apexes looked hacked.
I couldn't care less about the cars so much as if you're going to open your mouth, better be ready for a foot.I think some of you folks are going a bit overboard on the guy.

You need it when you drive cold as ice like that chap.I don't know why I noticed, but the driver has his heated seats on full. Those get pretty hot, I would think that would be very uncomfortable.
This is from the video's caption on YouTube. So it was an instructor driving and his student.I think some of you folks are going a bit overboard on the guy.
