Dumb me, I didn't even realize the stock ones were two piece. I guess I'm glad I did replace them after all.

I just got the replacement lug nuts from Gorilla (CJPonyParts Gorilla Lug Nuts With Four Locking Lug Nuts/ Key Factory Style Bulge Black Chrome Set Mustang 2015-2022), which seems to be a "customized" packaging with 20 single packed nuts and 4 secure ones in a blister with a key. I am not sure the picture on CJPonyParts web site is completely accurate.

What might be confusing is that there are several different lug nuts with the same thread (M14x1.5), and what you have to search for (for Mustang OEM wheels) is an "Acorn bulge" type.
The Gorilla part #61148BCX for the regular nuts and #96641BDX for the secure nuts.

The regular ones seem to have some kind of dry film dirt on them, but once cleaned up they look pretty good:

I ended up replacing them with the black Ford Performance ones - unfortunately they are the same 2-piece versions as stock, just PVD coated black.
