What do you think about going with coil overs instead of springs or springs and struts?
Depends. But for DD and similar applications. Coilovers can be overkill.
Shoot me your contact info and we can you headed in the right path for your goals and budget.

That looks great! Did you use a spring spacer in the rear?

I have a Swift spring with Bilstein combo I'm installing soon and trying to decide if I should go with a spacer in the rear.

No spacer. Rear spring was harder to install because of the subframe. Front spring are over 1” rears are 1/2”.

Did you end up pulling the convertible brace off completely to install the rears?

Thanks!

No I didn’t. I should’ve tried to at-least loosen the subframe. Would‘ve been easier. I rented another spring compressor from O’reilly and it was a total pain in the ass.

If you install our SP763 Springs, you would absolutely love every second of driving your Convertible.

I have plenty of people who install them on GT convertibles and contact me post-installation to provide incredible feedback.

They are cost effective, provide excellent ride and require nothing other than the SP763 and following the instructions.

If you have any further questions do not hesitate to inquire!

Good luck and enjoy whatever choice you make.
Will the SP082s lower my convertible's rear an inch? Recently installed FP lowering springs all around. The front lowered nicely but the rear did not giving me a raked look. Want the rear to lower an inch. Please advise. Is there a Steeda equivalent for the Mustang convertible?

SP082 will not lower the rear 1" it would be closer to a .50"drop in the rear.

Steeda Progressives with 1/4" spacer in the rear. Steeda shocks and struts at the same time. Nice daily ride and sets up great when you're feeling like a spirited driving. Love them. Thanks TJ for the recommendations.
