So i just recently purchased a 2019 GT Vert. I also purchase HRD FF10 wheels went with 20x10 fronts and 20x11 rears. Most likely 275/35/20 tires front and 305/35/20's outback. Wont see those for weeks special ordered the wheels. In the meantime trying to do some research. If i get the SR Performance Lowering Springs would that be a good set up?. Some pics i see looks perfectly lowered and other pics there is a decent gap were you question if its been lowered or not. I know there is a SPORT version as well that drops the front a tad more and linear rate outback. Wanna make sure it looks orite on a vert not too many pics of verts with lowering springs i can find. If you guys have lowered yours the advice is much appreciated. All im gonna do is lower it nothing crazy, not gonna track it.

Hi MIke,

As a point of comparison, here are the Steeda Progressive Springs - with the springs, you do have the ability to add the Convertible Rear Spring Spacer:

My wifes 15 Gt has a few Steeda parts and it drives and handles really well. I just found out through the wheel shop it will be 20x10 fronts and 20x11's rears. If i go with your springs would i be able to run 275/35/20 fronts and 305/35/20's out back. In the pic you sent is it sitting on 20's. Just want to make sure i have no rubbing at all. I think i may need to go with even 265/40/20's in the fronts so the wheel gap to fender stays the same front and rear so visually it doesnt look like the rear is sagging. I know on your site the front is lowered a tad more but in the pic with the vert the rear tires are filling more due to the diameter of front and rear tires not being equal or too far off. I want it to look very uniform. Hopefully i pic the right combo.

I have 275/35-20 and 315/35-20 on my car with the dual-rate springs & there is still room in the rear:

TJ - how do these springs not cause tire rub? Do you have a special offset? From the pictures it looks like the tires would rub on any bump...

You need to remember that the wheel motion is not straight up and down, but more of an arc motion. So when the wheel moves, it also tucks under the fender. There's a good 3-4" of clearance inside the fender.

I would get the wheels first then the springs, especially with the size tires you are getting. Or get them and take your chances. Hopefully, your wheels can be returned if they will not fit properly.

The wheels im getting has been put on s550's with same specs. Worse case the tires maybe too wide out back but even then i can go 295's or keep 305 and just do 30 sidewalls. Will see j dont have very goodluck with mods so it may fit like crap. Should look close to that photo

FYI for the folks with a 20x10, 20x11 setup: if you're going with a 35-series, there's a number of tires in a 285/35 and 305/35 which is perfect fitment for a 10" and 11" wheel (and is the same ratio front-to-rear as an OEM PP 19" wheel/tire).

Looks perfect. Very nice looking convertible. Which springs did you go with? Thought you were me reading comment about luck with mods! Haha.
Lol ya I,ve purchased 3 short antennas and all three were wrong. I cant even buy an antenna without running into problems. I did the ST Sport i wanted that spring so it being a vert the rear would dip slightly lower and would match up as close to perfect to the fronts. I think the fronts are 1.2 drop and rears are 1.
